VUIT Scheduled Maintenance: Mailbox Server Lifecycle

Vanderbilt IT will lifecycle the hardware on the Microsoft Exchange server (ITS-HCWNEM101) on Tuesday, Oct. 14 from 10 p.m. to Wednesday, Oct. 15 at 6 a.m.  There will be another lifecycle of hardware (ITS-HCWNEM102 and ITS-HCWNEM103) on Friday, Oct. 17 from 10 p.m. to Saturday, Oct. 18 at 6 a.m. 

During both processes, the server will be unavailable from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m. Emails will be held and then released to users’ inboxes once the lifecycle is complete.

Users will be notified of this interruption by email.
