VUIT Scheduled Maintenance: Microsoft Exchange and Lync Environments

Vanderbilt IT will perform monthly Windows server security update deployment, as well as any prior monthly patches to the Core Infrastructure Unified Communication servers, beginning Friday, July 24 at 10 p.m. and ending Saturday, July 25 at 6 a.m.

All non-redundant services will be impacted by a server reboot after the patches are installed. Rolling outages are expected for Exchange and Lync (Skype for Business) servers during this time.
