VUIT Scheduled Maintenance: AVST Voicemail Server

Vanderbilt IT will update the AVST Voicemail servers on Sunday, Oct. 25 from midnight to 1:30 a.m. The following will occur during this outage.

1) Outside callers will receive a prompt stating that their message delivery may be delayed because the system is undergoing maintenance.
2) Users will not be able to log in to their mailboxes.
3) Out-call notifications will be delayed for messages so marked.

Skype for Business (Lync) voicemail will not be affected by this maintenance.
