Unplanned Outage – Exchange Services

Vanderbilt IT is experiencing an outage affecting a small subset of Microsoft Exchange users (167). To resolve this outage, 20 Exchange databases will be dismounted and remounted. This will occur today (Nov. 11) at 5 p.m. and will result in an email outage for an additional 3981 users. This outage is expected to last 10 to 15 minutes.

A separate notice will be sent directly to the affected users.
