Declination
Declination is the angle from the celestial equator to the celestial body on the celestial sphere. The angle is given relative to its position north or south of the celestial equator. This video covers how to calculate the Declination of the celestial body at the time we observed it. We will use the d–correction to account for the minutes in the the observation time.
