The Balleristics Design Team has determined a range of modules to integrate into the design.

Modules:

Plethysmograph– Monitoring of heart rate

Pressure Conductive Sheet– Monitoring of respiratory rate

Piezoelectric Force Sensor– Monitoring of external forces

Blood Glucose Sensor– Monitoring of external bleeding associated with wounds

Accelerometer– Monitoring of orientation and acceleration

Bluetooth Module and Communications- Communicating data stream from the Arduino controller via Bluetooth for data analysis and information transmission

Casing – Protective housing for the main electrical components in this proof of concept design.

***Future iteration of H.E.R.M.E.S. would utilized flexible circuitry that can be readily integrated into the primary pouch of our design, thus rendering the casing moot.
