The January 2018 (Volume 11, No. 1) issue of the journal I edit, Minding Nature, is now on line. I am thrilled and gratified by the following this publication has developed and by the fact that we now enter our 11th year of publication. 2018 is also the 15th Anniversary of the Center for Humans and Nature. We continue to believe that ideas whose time has come can be powerful. The January issue features articles on ecological care, new approaches to biology and evolution, the science of movement and sound, photos from Lake County, Illinois landscapes by John Wylie, an essay by me on the Ecological Conscience of Liberalism, and much more.
