Progress as of 11/1/2018

At this point, our team has met with Dr. Kumar two times in person. We have also communicated over emails as well to help gain a better understanding of what features must be included in our minimum viable product.

Our team has visited the Vanderbilt Burn ICU, which is the regional burn center to gain more knowledge on how our design and final product would have to integrate into existing logistics within the ICU.

Moving forward, we are continuing with our literature review of related topics such as burn resuscitation, burn classification and differentiation, skin recognition, multiview stereopsis and neural nets. We are also working on creating a comprehensive timeline with key milestones and deadlines for our team members that we can share with Dr. Kumar as we begin to go further in our design process before we move into beginning the development phase.
