The conference will take place in the Vanderbilt campus (more details about specific buildings will be given once they have been reserved).<\/span>
\nWe have negotiated conference rates at the following nearby hotels. All rooms are subject to state and local taxes of 15.25% plus a flat city tax or $2.50 per night. When booking you will need a credit card to guarantee the room. Check the cancellation policy when you book.<\/span>
\nPlease note that these rooms are on a first-come first-served basis, so we encourage you to book sooner rather than later. If all rooms are reserved far enough in advance of the conference, we may be able to negotiate the conference rates for more rooms. If you are unable to book one of these rooms due to them all being taken, please contact us, so we may inquire about more rooms.<\/span><\/p>\n
