She completed her B.S. in Biology at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2019 and joined the Cover Lab as a Research Assistant soon after. She joined the Vanderbilt IGP program in 2022 and made her way back to the Cover lab in the spring of 2023. She studies how the <em>H. pylori<\/em> VacA toxin alters gastric cell cholesterol homeostasis.
