Weekly Meeting 10 (2/18/19)

  • Prosthetic Hand Update
    • Kevin (contact from Emily) connected with third party in the US who should be able to identify correct path moving forward
    • For time’s sake: SERVO Motor to be ordered this week
      • Need to match properties of the hand
        • PWM actuation
        • Hold angle once the signal ceases as current velocity-based systems do
  • Algorithm
    • Machine learning probably too complicated
    • Do a calibration phase and do a logarithmic fit
    • 2 element array and populated different chunks in cycles
  • Myoware
    • Contact myoware about signal issue
    • Try to identify disconnect between raw and processed signal for better artifact identification
  • Next Week
    • Meeting canceled will meet again on 03/11 and resume normal schedule
