Logistics Classifier Machine Learning Training

  1. Collect pre-processed training data across subjects with varying gender, musculature, and EMG data
  2. Calculate MAV of extensor and flexor using a 200 ms sliding window every 50 ms
  3. Calculate the differential between the extensor and flexor MAV for each subject
  4. Average all subjects’ MAV values and varying contraction levels
  5. Fit a logistics classifier to the data
