  • Letter of support and grade needed
    • Will clarify info about the grade
  • Reprinted housing for components
  • Worked on validating servo actuation
    • Lots of flutter
      • Threshold too low
      • Using 3 Hz low pass filter to smooth signal
        • Removes noise
      • Can try implementing function based on strength of contraction for threshold
      • PID would help but geared towards arm instead of servo
      • Have to change calibration step due to contractions
  • Going to start validating PID this week
    • One version only works with hand
    • One version is adapted to work with servo
  • Results
    • Make plot of angle vs MVC
      • Make real-time plot
    • Compare graphs during different states
      • Quantitatively show effect of PID
    • Can also plot vs time (servo position and contraction)
  • Poster and next steps
    • Emily can review poster if we send it to her by Thursday
    • Submitting on Monday
    • Can validate by testing one person multiple times
    • Will put together documentation
    • Christian will bring final code and arm when he goes home for the summer
