The program is designed to help you:<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"e2ma-style\">Build understanding of principles of learning to inform your teaching<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"e2ma-style\">Stock your teaching toolkit with new skills and approaches<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"e2ma-style\">Develop a framework for course design<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"e2ma-style\">Build teaching community<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"e2ma-p-div\"><span class=\"e2ma-style\">Junior Faculty Teaching Fellows receive $2000 in research funds to be used to enhance their teaching.
