Dr. Todd Bartkowiak, Ph.D. joined the Irish and Ihrie labs as a Postdoctoral Scholar in 2018 to study brain tumor immunology. Todd is funded by NIH/NCI K00 fellowship CA212447.
Todd did his Ph.D. research with Dr. Michael Curran, Ph.D. and Dr. James Allison, Ph.D., at MD Anderson. In 2016 as a graduate student, Todd was awarded a prestigious F99 Fellowship from NIH/NCI that he recently converted to a K00.
Todd’s project uses computational immunology to characterize tumor-infiltrating immune cells and develop new ways to activate immune responses against cancer.
