MCML and Northrup Grumman form new partnership for composites durability and damage assessment
MCML is forming a partnership with Northrup Grumman Corporation to model durability and damage tolerance of fastened composite joints. This project, funded by the Air Force Research Laboratory, will investigate the capabilities of the progressive damage accumulation models in capturing composite joint failure scenarios in support of composite certification efforts of the Air Force.
