The meetings this semester will occur on 9/14, 9/28, 10/12, 10/26, 11/9, and 11/30.  All of them will be scheduled 5:30-7:30 except for the first one which will be 5-7 because of sunset.

The location is still TBA.  I will include information about locations in my reminder emails before each session.  We are currently planning to hold the first session on 9/14 outdoors and all subsequent sessions in classrooms.

Something different this semester is that you must register your student for either the middle school group or the high school group.  In the past, there was one registration link and students just went to the appropriate group.  Because the classrooms have limited capacity with social distancing, we have to know exactly how many students will be in each group, so there are now two links.  Middle school is 003 and high school is 004.

When you register you must fill out both the application form and the liability release waiver to complete your enrollment.  Please read the waiver carefully, as some things on it have changed.

There have been several inquiries as to whether we will provide an online option in addition to an in person group this semester.  We’re a small group of volunteers, and we do not have the personnel at this time to provide both options.  We’ve decided to have an in person program this semester.  If you’re not interested in an in person program but are looking for some online math resources, send me a message and I’ll send you some.

As the first meeting date approaches I will send out information about the new protocols we will be following about masking and distancing as well as pickup and dropoff.
