When the housing bubble burst in 2008, the mortgage meltdown and housing slump drastically reduced the equity or profitability of most real estate. But how houses are handled – in Divorce, Elder Law, and Probate\/Trusts & Estates remained the same.<\/div>\n
This CLE program explores the legal ethics of informed and voluntary decisions by clients, synthesizing lawyer ethics with enhanced real estate due diligence to foster informed and voluntary client decision-making and prevent malpractice\/ethics violations by leveraging real estate resources (mostly free, some fee-based).<\/div>\n
