About Us

Katie Henderson Katie is a senior at Vanderbilt University from Columbus, OH who is majoring in biomedical engineering and on the pre-med track. Outside of class, she serves as the President of the Society of Women Engineers at Vanderbilt as well as President and Captain of the Club Field Hockey team. After undergrad, Katie hopes to attend medical school and ultimately work as a pediatrician.

Noah Mallory Noah is a senior biomedical engineer at Vanderbilt University from Columbus, OH. He works with with post MI wound healing in mice focusing on myocardial fibroblasts in Merryman's mechanobiology lab. When not working on academics, he enjoys spending time on his family farm, backpacking and woodworking. After undergrad he plans to continue on to medical school with hopes to become an orthopedic surgeon.

Justin Cruz
Justin Cruz                                  Justin is a senior at Vanderbilt University from Chicago, IL who is majoring in biomedical engineering with a double minor in chemistry and Spanish on the pre-medicine track. Outside of class, Justin is involved in Vanderbilt Men’s Club Soccer, Men’s Club Hockey, and the Karl Zelik Biomechanics and Assistive Technology Lab. After undergrad, he hopes to attend medical school and ultimately work in emergency medicine.
John Kerr John is a senior at Vanderbilt University from Madison, NJ majoring in both biomedical and electrical engineering. John is currently working in the CREATE Lab on designing and testing innovative prosthetic devices and wearable technology. After completing his bachelor’s degree, he hopes to pursue a graduate degree in bio-mechanics in relation to wearable technology.
