Team of Laura Novick and Kefyn Catley awarded IES grant
The team of Laura Novick, PhD (Department of Psychology and Human Development) and Kefyn Catley were awarded an IES grant to (a) study college and high school students’ understanding of tree diagrams that depict evolutionary relationships among taxa (particularly cladograms) and (b) develop curriculum to teach tree-thinking skills to both high school and college biology students.
