Since the publication of its first edition in 1973, Sleisenger and Fordtran (S&F) has remained the standard reference against which every other general textbook in digestive diseases must be compared. Now in its 10th edition, S&F remains true to form, both in its ambitious, comprehensive intent and in the superior quality of its execution. A cast of 217 authors, including preeminent thought leaders from 15 countries, contributed to this work, covering the entire spectrum of gastroenterology and hepatology.
