Abdominal Discomfort due to an Unusual Abnormality

Question: A 30-year-old woman presented with a 2-month history of mid abdominal pain. She denied diarrhea, abdominal cramps, bloody stool, fever, or weight loss. She visited the emergency department of a local hospital where an abdominal computed tomography revealed some jejunal dilatation and an air-content mass (FigureA). The abdominal pain subsided after using analgesics. She visited our hospital for a second consultation 1 month later. Abdominal x-ray revealed a concentration of contrast in the small intestine (FigureB, arrow).
