Question: A 63-year-old woman presented with abdominal fullness and dizziness for 1 month. She had a history of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), M2, and received chemotherapy followed by allogeneic matched unrelated donor peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 5 years ago. She remained in complete hematologic remission upon bone marrow examination 6 months ago. The physical examination showed epigastric tenderness. The blood tests were unremarkable except for macrocytic anemia (hemoglobin, 11.0 g/dL; mean corpuscular volume, 104.9 fL).
