With great interest we have read the recent article from Moreno et al,1 wherein a very vital aspect pertaining to the management of patients with severe alcoholic hepatitis has been addressed. The authors underline the ineffectiveness of “intensive enteral nutrition” in individuals with severe alcoholic hepatitis treated with corticosteroids in their multicenter study.
