Identification of an Immune-specific Class of Hepatocellular Carcinoma, Based on Molecular Features

The study defines the ∼25% population with molecular characteristics – including high infiltration of immune cells, expression of PD-1 and CD274 molecule (PD-L1), and active IFN-γ signaling – that highly resemble those of cancers most responsive to immunotherapy.
