A Rare Case of Chylous Ascites

Question: A 68-year-old woman was admitted to the internal medicine unit for exploration of chylous ascites and retroperitoneal fibrosis. She had no medical history except recurrent bronchitis. Her medical story began 3 months earlier with an acute onset of lower limb edema treated with furosemide followed by increase in waist circumference.
