The American Consortium of Early Liver Transplantation (LT) for Alcoholic Hepatitis comprises 12 centers from 8 United Network for Organ Sharing regions studying early LT (without mandated period of sobriety) for patients with severe alcoholic hepatitis (AH). We analyzed outcomes of these patients.
