P077 A NOVEL PREDICTIVE NOMOGRAM FOR EARLY ENDOSCOPIC RECURRENCE AFTER INTESTINAL RESECTION FOR CROHN’S DISEASE

Most patients with Crohn’s disease (CD) that undergo intestinal resection will subsequently experience disease recurrence. Endoscopic recurrence (ER) after intestinal resection for CD precedes the clinical recurrence, and its severity correlates with subsequent clinical disease severity. It is important for clinicians to understand and monitor patients at high risk of disease recurrence and to strengthen drug therapy, when necessary. The study aimed to identify risk factors related to early ER after intestinal resection for CD and to create a prediction model.
