Patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) are increasingly turning to online community forums (OCFs) to seek and share information, yet little is known about their userbase or content, which may dissuade providers from referring patients to OCFs. OCFs offer insight into patient priorities and their psychosocial well-being.
