Colleagues, Last Thursday, Nashville Mayor John Cooper announced the city’s roadmap to reopen Nashville’s economy. The comprehensive plan calls for a four-phase approach to opening businesses and services and uses data and benchmarks that will allow the roadmap to advance to each next phase or trigger a reversal to an early phase of opening.
