Adenoma Detection Rate (ADR) is currently perhaps the single-most important measure agreed upon to determine adequacy of screening colonoscopy performance. Despite the importance of this metric, our Fellowship Program had previously left the calculation and tracking of this value up to our individual Fellows and Staff without a centralized measurement. The aim of our Quality Improvement (QI) initiative, was to consolidate the measurement and tracking of ADR for ease of reporting and targeting future performance.
