Crohn’s disease (CD) is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease of the gastrointestinal tract. One of the diagnostic steps is to perform a magnetic resonance enterography (MRE). The purpose of the study was to compare MRE findings with clinical index of the disease activity – CDAI score, in order to verify the usefullness of magnetic resonance enterography.
