P085 ANORECTAL CANCER ASSOCIATED WITH CROHN’S DISEASE

Patients with Crohn’s disease (CD) have increased risk of developing colorectal cancer (CRC) compared with the background population. In our previous study, CRC associated with CD in Japan mostly arises in anorectal region, while colonic cancer is predominant in the Western countries. This study was aimed to clarify clinicopathological differences between anorectal cancer and the other colorectal cancer in patients with Crohn’s disease.
