We read with great interest the paper “Y90 Radioembolization Significantly Prolongs Time to Progression Compared With Chemoembolization in Patients With Hepatocellular Carcinoma.”1 We commend the authors for studying this very important subject in a prospective randomized controlled trial. The efforts to develop high-level evidence in this emerging field are greatly appreciated.
