The Vanderbilt Institute for Global Health (VIGH), with Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital (AKTH), will conduct a randomized clinical trial in three cities in northern Nigeria to determine the efficacy of shifting childhood epilepsy care to epilepsy-trained community health extension workers.
