Individuals who are phone-screened and meet clinical criteria will be directed to one of 10 assessment sites located throughout the Metro Nashville area where special protocols have been established to protect the safety of all patients and staff. The Vanderbilt Adult Emergency Department is not a designated assessment site and will maintain strict infection prevention measures to protect the health of the fragile population it serves.
