On April 23, Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital (VWCH) will transition to new clinical and information technology (IT) systems and integrate its systems with the rest of the Medical Center. As part of this significant effort, the transition team had planned to recruit and train local clinicians who could serve as “super users” and provide at-the-elbow, immediate support to their colleagues.
