In March, a program was announced that allows selected staff in direct patient care areas and Health IT to carry over flexible paid time off (flexPTO) into next year’s flexPTO bank if their leader or work area has restricted PTO use due to COVID-19 staffing needs or the implementation of eStar at VWCH.
