When analyzing a fixed cohort, consisting of invitees eligible at the start of the screening program, colorectal cancer (CRC) detection will peak in the first round and be lower in subsequent rounds. Our cohort, however, is a dynamic cohort, consisting of all invitees eligible in ≥1 screening rounds and, as such, including new invitees in every screening round.1
