Ulcerative colitis (UC) is associated with many extraintestinal manifestations including dermatologic and hematologic involvement. Thrombotic cutaneous gangrene (TCG) is a rare complication with potentially poor prognosis, often needing colectomy in addition to anticoagulation for complete resolution.
