She was discharged a little over a week ago and at that time multiple diagnostic studies, including a large volume paracentesis (serum ascites\u2013albumin gradient [SAAG], 1.3), were done without a diagnosis to explain her ascites. She noted an\u00a0increase in her abdominal size 4 months before her last admission.
