I found this experience to be fun because of the abilities I had in the game that I don’t have in reality. I could fly by simply pressing a button, and as soon as I hit the dance floor, my avatar was pulling out dance moves I couldn’t dream of doing. I also enjoyed the ability to communicate with others, and believe this feature to be a key aspect to a virtual reality. I also found interesting that as far as I could tell, many things that would be considered immoral or unlawful were not present in the game. I couldn’t harm other avatars, or steal objects. This, I think, limits the program’s ability to simulate reality.
