Observe all deadlines<\/strong>. If you need deadline extensions, let me know at least a week in advance before the deadline, and provide a reasonable explanation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This is a tech-friendly class. Feel free to bring laptops or tablets. But please use them only for class-related purposes such as note-taking, in-class activities, or looking up references\/info. No phone use in class.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Attendance is essential<\/strong>. Each absence will be cause for a half-downgrade, unless there\u2019s a valid reason such as conference presentation or health related issues.
