New Feature: Export Costing Information from Oracle Cloud Payroll
The Manage Costing for a Person screen has been updated to allow HCM Specialists to export costing data from within the costing entry fields for analysis and/or review purposes.
To do this:
- From within Person Management, select Manage Costing for a Person
- Select the Assignment or Element to view the costing
- Click the Export icon to export the costing to Excel
Please remember that payroll costing only allows for entry of percentages up to two decimal places. Thus, if you are using this feature for calculating costing for a person, you should use the rounding features in Excel to be sure that you do not extend your calculations past two decimal places. You should also double check your completed calculations to confirm that the total is equal to 100.00% (i.e., no rounding).
