Instead, you can directly contact the department that oversees the function where you\u2019re experiencing an issue. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/skyvu\/secure\/support.php\">SkyVU Support page<\/a> on the SkyVU website has been updated with a list of contact points and the types of issues they can address.<\/p>\n<p>Please visit the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/skyvu\">SkyVU website<\/a> and click the support links on the right side of the page to review the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/skyvu\/secure\/support.php\">list of contacts<\/a>.\u00a0 You can also continue to call <strong>(615)322-0000<\/strong> and select either <strong>Finance<\/strong> or <strong>Human Resources<\/strong> to be routed to those offices for assistance during normal business hours.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Effective July 1st the way you request help using Oracle Cloud\u00a0is changing.
