{"id":443,"date":"2018-12-19T14:55:10","date_gmt":"2018-12-19T19:55:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/my.vanderbilt.edu\/skyvu\/?p=443"},"modified":"2018-12-19T16:10:30","modified_gmt":"2018-12-19T21:10:30","slug":"transaction-approvals-during-the-winter-break","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/my.vanderbilt.edu\/skyvu\/2018\/12\/transaction-approvals-during-the-winter-break\/","title":{"rendered":"Transaction Approvals during the Winter Break"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The\u00a0five-day escalation period\u00a0remains in place during the winter break<\/strong>, allowing continued support of areas conducting research and other business during this period.<\/p>\n<p>In the event that a transaction is submitted during the break, approvers will continue to receive notifications through email and your worklist and have the option to either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reject<\/strong> the transaction to return it to the user for resubmission after the break;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Renew<\/strong> the transaction to extend the period for review until after you return; or<\/li>\n<li><strong>Review<\/strong> and approve (or reject) the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>FUMs may also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/skyvu\/financial-unit-managers.php#general\">use the vacation delegate option<\/a> to support users who are traveling and will be without access to the internet to facilitate the above approval\/renewal actions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0five-day escalation period\u00a0remains in place during the winter break, allowing continued support of areas conducting research and other business during this period.
