Microsoft Office 2011 Available to Departments
Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac (http://www.microsoft.com/mac/office2011features/office2011.mspx) has been released and is available as a free upgrade to Software Store customers who purchased Office 2008 with software assurance through 7/31/11 via Vanderbilt’s Select contract. The Software Store has provided customers who are eligible for the free upgrade with instructions for accessing the new version.
Departments may purchase Office 2011 through Vanderbilt’s new Campus Agreement for only $15. To begin the purchase process, please visit http://softwarestore.vanderbilt.edu.
Office 2011 is expected to become available through Microsoft’s Home Use Program, Campus Agreement Student Option Program, and Student Select Program within the next few weeks.
