Software Store Outage Tonight
The Vanderbilt Software Store has received notification of an outage for tonight.
Outage Impact:
Vanderbilt Software Store customers who try to access the Software Store at http://its.vanderbilt.edu/softwarestore tonight between 11 and 11:30 p.m. may receive a time-out and the site will not be viewable.
Outage Details:
E-academy hosts the Software Store storefronts (http://its.vanderbilt.edu/softwarestore and http://vanderbilt.onthehub.com) for Vanderbilt. One of e-academy’s service providers has scheduled a hardware upgrade to a switch tonight between 11 and 11:30 p.m. The service provider expects the actual outage to last five to fifteen minutes between 11 and 11:30 p.m. tonight.
