Access Guarantee

The Vanderbilt Software Store partners with e-academy to offer the Software Store service.  E-academy has announced a new Access Guarantee Program. Access Guarantee offers customers protection for their download(s) and/or keys(s) for a set period of time.  Customers have three options through Access Guarantee:

  1. Basic Access Guarantee: This option is free; it provides thirty-one days of access from the order date for all items in an order.
  2. Extended Access Guarantee: This option provides two years of protection from the order date for all items in an order.
  3. Access Guarantee Retrieval: This is a download and key retrieval service; customers may purchase this service when Basic or Extended Guarantees have expired.

Access Guarantee applies to products listed under the tabs below and sold through http://vanderbilt.onthehub.com:
