SSMV Class of 2014 Commencement

This past Saturday, May 10, 2014, the School for Science and Math at Vanderbilt held its fourth commencement exercises. Together with their families, friends, and community members, 23 graduates from four MNPS high schools celebrated completion of the four-year, honors program. Cheryl Mayes, chair of the Metro Nashville Public School Board, was a distinguished guest and speaker. In addition, Doug Christiansen, Ph.D. and Vanderbilt’s vice provost for enrollment and dean of admissions gave the commencement address posed the question to the graduates, “What will you choose?”
